15 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Warehouse for return is located in Slovakia (Europe).

EXCHANGES
Exchange is not possible. If the size does not suit you or you don´t like the item, return it and create a new order.
RETURNS – SLOVAKIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, HUNGARY
If you are returning your order from Slovakia, Czech Republic or Hungary, the return handling fee is €3.95 when using Packeta.

RETURNS – ROMANIA

RETURNS – OTHER COUNTRIES
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns, and do not offer pre paid return labels. The shipping cost will be covered by the buyer. Warehouse for returns is located in Slovakia (Europe).
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the return arrives.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order prior to receiving an email notification confirming that it is being processed by our warehouse, or within 3 hours of placing the order, whichever occurs first. To cancel, contact us at help@teenwear.eu or in the online chat.
COMPENSATION FOR A LATE DELIVERY
You are entitled to a compensation if your order is not delivered within 20 business days from the shipment date. Should your delivery exceed this timeframe, please reach out to us at complaints@teenwear.eu for assistance.
This does not apply if caused by:
- Incorrect address
- Refused delivery
- Parcel not collected
- Customer-related issues
CUSTOMS & OUTSIDE EU
If you are returning items from countries outside the European Union (EU), such as the United Kingdom (UK), United States (US), Canada (CA), or others, please note:
- All customs duties, import VAT, or return fees must be paid in advance by the customer.
- Any return package that arrives with unpaid charges will be automatically refused and sent back to the sender.
- Returns must be clearly marked as “Return – No Commercial Value” on the customs declaration. Failure to do so may result in customs fees, which we will not cover.
We are unable to process refunds for returns that are not delivered to us due to unpaid duties or incorrect declarations.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Condition of Returned Items:
- All items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and without any signs of wear.
- Items must be free from any stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear.
Multiple Orders:
- If returning items from multiple orders, please include a separate packing slip for each order to ensure proper processing.
Returns Processing Time:
- Returns will be processed within 3-7 business days after the items are received by Teenwear.eu warehouse.
Incorrect Address:
- If your order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, and the parcel cannot be returned to our warehouse (for example, if it is destroyed or disposed of by the courier or customs due to international shipping policies), we reserve the right to withhold the refund, as the goods cannot be recovered. If the parcel is returned to us, we will deduct all return shipping and handling costs from your refund.
Specific Item Notes:
- For certain jeans, manufacturers may deliver the product without a pre-cut buttonhole. In such cases, the item is not considered defective, and the customer is responsible for cutting the buttonhole with a sharp object (e.g., scissors).
Shipping & Return Shipping:
- Teenwear.eu is not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Please retain proof of postage and/or tracking information when returning items.
- The original order shipping fees are non-refundable.
